Frequently asked questions.
What is the difference between a print and an original artwork?
A print is a reproduction of an original artwork created by the artist. It captures the essence and details of the original, allowing for wider distribution and affordability compared to the unique original artwork.
What type of paper or material is used for printing?
I only produced prints on high-quality archival paper. Archival materials are acid-free and designed to ensure the longevity of the print, minimising fading and discolouration over time.
Are the prints framed?
No, I believe choosing a frame that fits the picture and owner's style is a personal decision.
Can I frame the print myself or should I get it professionally framed?
You can choose to frame the print yourself or seek professional framing services. If you opt for self-framing, ensure you use archival-quality materials and proper techniques, and consider the aesthetics that will enhance the print's presentation.
How do I choose the right size for my print?
The choice of size depends on your personal preference, available space, and intended impact. Consider the dimensions of the original artwork and the aspect ratio to maintain its proportions. Many prints are available in multiple size options to suit different needs.
Will the colours of the print be exactly the same as the original artwork?
The colours and textures have been faithfully reproduced to closely resemble the original artwork, although slight variations may occur due to the printing process.
Can I request a custom size or material for a print?
Yes, I can provide you with custom-size options or alternative materials for prints.

How do I care for and preserve my print?
To preserve the quality of your print, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity. Acid-free materials should be used for framing, and it's advisable to handle prints with clean hands to prevent smudges or fingerprints.
Can I reproduce or use the print for commercial purposes?
No, the purchase of a print does not grant reproduction or distribution rights. Copyright and ownership of the original artwork remain with the artist. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, resell, or use the print for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the artist.
Can I return or exchange a print if I am not satisfied with it?
I take utmost care to ensure the prints are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged print, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage. I will review the case and, if deemed eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
